<b><u>Como fiz:</u></b><br />
Untei um tabuleiro de ir ao forno com azeite. Dispus os medalhoes aos quais barrei massa de pimentao e mostarda. Espalhei um pouco de polpa de tomate assim como a cerveja. Salpiquei com salsa e cortei as 2 cebolas as rodelas e espalhei-as pelo tabuleiro. Polvilhei com pimentao doce, sal e pimenta. Cortei uma cenoura em cubos pequenos e, por fim, envolvi tudo. Meti no forno cerca de 30 minutos. Retirei o tabuleiro e polvilhei com pao ralado e voltei a meter no forno na resistencia apenas de cima com uma temperatura maior por mais cerca de 10 minutos. Fiz este pudim para o dia dos namorados, não é que dê alguma importância a este dias, pois acho que dia dos namorados é todos os dias e quando quisseremos, para mim este dia é mesmo um dia de consumismo, enfim. Certo é que este ano, apeteceu me fazer um jantarito e fiz esta sobremesa.</div>

Adicionei depois ainda umas 3 colheres de sopa de sementes de linhaça e envolvi tudo. Unto uma forma com manteiga e polvilho com farinha. Colocar a massa na forma e ir ao forno a 200º nas duas resistencias. Coloquei, como sempre, uma folha de aluminio para que a parte de cima nao "queime" e deixei ficar cerca de 50 minutos. E retiro a folha nos ultimos 5-10 minutos para que a parte de cima ganhe cor :)</span></div>

Como ainda tinha mais iogurtes para dar uso, resolvi inventar...: Bati uma clara em castelo (de um ovo bem grande, equivalente a duas claras). Reservei-a. De seguida, bati 3 iogurtes de morango, adicionei 2 colheres de sobremesa de doce de morango e adicionei um fio de leite. Por ultimo envolvi na clara batida em castelo. Deitei este preparado no bolo e levei ao congelador para que ficasse bem fresco na hora de servir :)</span></div>

200g de açúcar fino<br />
3 ovos<br />
1 dl de leite<br />
1 limão ( raspa e limão)<br />
60g de amêndoa<br />
60g de miolo de noz<br />
350g de farinha<br />
<br />
Cobertura: 100g de açúcar em pó<br />
1 colher de sopa de sumo de limão<br />
<br />
Preparação: Ligar o forno a 180º e untar uma forma com buraco com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha.<br />
Bater a manteiga com o açúcar e juntar os ovos, um a um.<br />
Adicionar o leite , o sumo e a raspa de limão.<br />
Acrescentar a amêndoa e o miolo de noz picado.<br />
Misturar bem e verter na forma.<br />
Levar ao forno cerca de 40 minutos.<br />
Desenformar quando tiver frio.<br />
Misturar o açúcar em pó com o sumo de limão e verter sobre o bolo.<br />

Venho vos trazer hoje um doce que fiz para a passagem de ano.<br />
É do género do que fiz para o natal.<br />

<u>É muito boooommmmm, é muito cremoso e nada enjoativo .</u><br />

Ingredientes: 6 metades de pêssego enlatadas<br />
5 dl de leite<br />
100g de açúcar<br />
3 gemas<br />
30g de maisena<br />
3 dl de natas<br />
4 fatias de bolo ( pão de ló)<br />
<br />
Preparação: Triture as 3 metades de pêssego e reserve.<br />
Aqueça o leite no microondas, na potência máxima por 4 minutos. Retire e reserve-o.<br />
Entretanto, misture o açúcar com as gemas; bata muito bem e junte a maisena e os pêssegos triturados. Envolva delicadamente todos os ingredientes. Verta o leite em fio, mexa bem e leve novamente ao microondas, durante 12 minutos, também na potência máxima. Envolva a meio do tempo.<br />
Entretanto, bata as natas e reserve-as. Retire o preparado anterior do microondas, deixe arrefecer e envolva-lhe as natas batidas.<br />
Coloque o creme nas taças , alternando com as fatias de bolo e o restante pêssego laminado.<br />
Coloque por cima fios de ovos.<br />
